Stretch Breathe Relax

You’ll be guided through an intro to some of Yogas more gentle stretches and balances along with instruction in a number of different breathwork techniques ending in a relaxing visualisation meditation and soothing sound bath.

Learn how to incorporate simple stretching and breathing practices and more into your everyday life. Find ways of improving your health, calming the everyday and finding your own inner sanctuary.
