You’ll be guided through an intro to some of Yogas more gentle stretches and balances along with instruction in a number of different breathwork techniques ending in a relaxing visualisation meditation and soothing sound bath.

Gentle Chair Yoga Class for the residents of Vantage Logan Links Village held in the community centre every Thursday until Nov Please check Calendar for any dates not available. Gentle stretching done with the assistance of the chair can pace yourself and only do what you feel comfortable with. My aim is to help you create a movement practice for yourself that you can incorporate into your daily life.
